Nicola was born in Cornwall, England and completed her Physiotherapy degree in Manchester, UK. She worked in different departments in the National Health Service in the UK including, musculoskeletal, neurology, elderly care, respiratory and community settings.

She has an interest in:

• Post op knee/hips/shoulders

• Tendinopathies

• Shoulder injuries

• Ankle Injuries

• Spinal Injuries

She is currently enjoying partaking in Australian further education in person and online particularly in regard to shoulder injuries.

She enjoys assisting people to get back to functional fitness, whatever that might mean to them.

Nicola decided to make Newcastle home and is enjoying the coastal lifestyle.
